The Aviation Operations course focuses on providing a broad-based introduction to the aviation industry. Students will attend class daily and earn VU credit in Intro. to Aviation and Air Transportation.

construction trades

Construction Trades first-year students meet five days per week for instruction, labs, and visits to construction sites while exploring all aspects of the building process. Second-year students will experience a mixture of in-class instruction with real-life experience at a new home build site off campus.

Students will learn how to troubleshoot general technology issues and participate in hands-on activities, including building computers, repairing printers, soldering, and using numerous testing tools.

The EMT course is designed to prepare students for real-life situations in the pre-hospital environment and to build the skills and confidence needed to provide high-quality patient care in stress-filled situations. Students meeting appropriate standards will be eligible for certification by the National Registry of EMTs and the State of Indiana as Emergency Medical Technicians.
