March 19, 2018 / Free seminar to improve written communication
JASPER, Ind. - A free Sunrise Seminar will provide a 3-step process to create and organize information so that it is retained and easily implemented. “iMAP - The Process to Improve Your Written Communication,” will be presented April 5, 7:30-8:30 a.m. (EDT), at the Vincennes University Jasper Campus in the Center for Technology, Innovation, and Manufacturing.

Some benefits of creating documents with the iMAP method include reduced time to create, increased employee knowledge and retention, increased safety compliance with proper documentation, increased operating efficiency and performance, increased accuracy rate, increased initial learning, faster time to find critical information, and less reading time with less errors.
The seminar is open to anyone charged with the task of documenting processes and procedures, SOPs, help manuals, orientation materials, or training documents.
