Music Gala Concert is Oct. 3
VINCENNES, Ind. - The Vincennes University Department of Music
will present A Gala Concert on Oct. 3, 7:30 p.m. EDT, at VU’s Red
Skelton Performing Arts Center. Admission is free and the public is
invited to attend.
The program will showcase the VU Concert Band and Percussion
Ensemble, under the direction of Susie Jackson; Concert Choir and VU
Connection, under the direction of Juliet Gilchrist; Jazz Ensemble and
Brass Ensemble, under the direction of Addisson Grimm; and Woodwind
Ensemble, under the direction of Tom Wilson.
A wide variety of traditional and contemporary choral and wind
literature will be presented.
