ULLIN, Ill. - The Vincennes University men’s basketball team made it an even bakers dozen Tuesday night.

The No. 2 Trailblazers earned a 76-56 road win over Shawnee for their 13th straight win improving to 28-1 on the season.

Lony Francis, Jr. tallied a team best 22 points to pace four Trailblazers in double figures.

Just three nights after pouring in a career-high 30 points, Keith Clemons added 15 points to the ledger Tuesday night, while Colton Sandage (11) and George Dixon (10) combined for 21 points.

VU led 45-30 at the break and were never threatened in the second half.

The Trailblazers, who will be the No. 1 in next week’s District 16 postseason tournament at Rend Lake, wrap up the regular season Friday at Wabash.

The Warriors cracked the Top 25 for the first time this season in the latest NJCAA Division I polls which were released Tuesday afternoon.

Wabash Valley is ranked No. 25.
