November 2, 2018 / Vincennes University Partners with Logan University
Agreement allows students to earn associate and baccalaureate degree in four years

VINCENNES, Ind. - Vincennes University has partnered with Logan in Chesterfield, Missouri, on an articulation agreement that establishes a new 2+2 dual-degree program between the two institutions.

The program makes it possible for qualified students to earn in four years both an Associate of Arts or Science degree from Vincennes University and a Bachelor of Science degree in human biology from Logan’s College of Chiropractic.

Curt Coffman, dean of the VU College of Science, Engineering, and Mathematics, said he is excited to be able to offer this pathway. “Vincennes University students who plan to continue their education at Logan University will greatly benefit from this agreement,” he said. “They will know that all of their credits will transfer and they can enter Logan as a junior to complete their degree in Human Biology.”

Clay McDonald, president of Logan University, said he is thrilled to be partnering with VU for Logan’s first 2+2 agreement, which is helping meet the growing demand for careers in health sciences. “We look forward to forging this new relationship and welcome VU students to fulfill their own career aspirations through our academic degree offerings,” he said.

Under the provisions of this 2+2 program, qualified students must successfully complete a minimum of 54 credit hours at VU with a grade point average of at least 2.0 in order to be eligible for admission to Logan. The program is currently available to those interested students.
